You must provide accurate registration information.
You must not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Your account may be limited or suspended for policy violations.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all actions performed under your account.
5. User Conduct
No harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior toward other users.
No payment abuse, fraud attempts, or manipulation of match records.
No attempts to interfere with platform security or operations.
6. Payments and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
In the event that Q-Play cancels a game, all players will receive a full refund of 100% of the game amount to their Q-Play e-wallet.
In case of cancellation due to insufficient player attendance, only the players who attended will be refunded.
All refunds will be in the form of credit in the player's app wallet for future usage. No cash refunds will be issued.

In case the player cancels their participation in a match organized by Q-Play:

Less than 9 hours before game start 0%

7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software are owned by Q-Play and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Liability
Q-Play facilitates match organization and is not responsible for physical injuries or events that occur during sports activities.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
